Group buying power...have you heard of it? There are several sites out there that offer group buying power, that is a discount if a set number of people buy the deal. It could be set at 10 people or 1000 people or anywhere in between.

The discounts on what you are purchasing can be up to 90% off normal prices. You can find these group discounts for food, entertainment, travel, clothing and even medical items. I have made a list of just some of the group buying sites out there.

Once you find a deal that you like, you have the ability on most of these sites to share the deal via facebook, twitter or email. When you share the deal with your personal link and someone buys from that link, you are now ahead of the game.

Each site is a little different and the offers are different too. Make sure you read the fine print on the deals before you decide to buy. You have the ability to sign up for daily emails of the deals, so you don't forget, or you can just check the sites to see what they are offering.

You can also buy from other cities out there too, not just the city you live in which makes it great for vacations and gifts also. My daughter is planning a trip to Chicago this summer using nothing but deal sites to get her there. I am curious to see how well she does.
